Service Policy & Client Terms
Nature of Services
Mother-In-Me Support provides educational, emotional, and informational support services for pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum care. Services include group sessions, virtual doula support, and educational resources.
All services are initiated through a client inquiry form and not scheduled through an automated booking calendar at this time.
Client Intake & Service Access
Intake
Clients must complete the Client Inquiry Form to request services. Response time is 2-3 business days. Clients will receive next steps once accepted via email. Submission of the form does not guarantee services.
Cancellations
Cancellations for confirmed services should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is based on availability.
Refunds
Group sessions are non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds for birth support will be outline in service contract.
Client Responsibility & Agreement
Clients acknowledged that all services provided are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting their healthcare provider regarding medical decisions. Participation in services are voluntary. By submitting the Client Inquiry Form, clients agree to the terms outlined in the Service Policy.
